Chunky Vegetable Stew with Dumplings
Chunky cut vegetables placed in the pot of sautéed leeks and mushrooms with a hand made classic vegetable stock added vegetables being broccoli, carrots, cauliflour, fenland potatoes, french beans,swede, just a few cuts of turnip and parsnip, peas and mushroom with a few small whole onions in each portion.
The Beef Suet Dumplings are made from a very high grade Self-Raising commercial catering flour with my very own Suet Brand.
Multiseed Soft Bread Roll containing pumpkin, linseed and sunflower seeds, wheat bran and oat flakes for that extra bite to this darker style of bread. I Top each roll with a variety of seeds that I consider super healthy, seeds contain all the starting materials necessary to develop into complex plants because of this they are extremely nutritious.
